2 drops in 2 drops of hazelnut vegetable oil, 3 times a day on the chest and lower back.

2 drops in honey or vegetable oil under the tongue 3 times a day.

Advice
When fatigue undermines you and takes you from the morning, take 2 drops CTEO Black spruce + 2 drops CTEO Scots pine + 5 drops VO Apricot kernels and massage this mixture on each adrenal area (above the kidneys)
