For massage, apply a mixture of 3 drops of Arnica Essential Oil in 3 drops of Arnica Carrier Oil.
For joint comfort, massage a few drops of a mixture of 1 drop of Wintergreen Essential Oil + 2 drops of Helichrysum Essential Oil in a bottle of St. John's Wort Carrier Oil.
