Dosage
Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 2 drops - 100 mg.
Do not use for more than 7 days.
Advice
CTEO Chinese cinnamon: 0.2 ml + CTEO Mint bergamot: 2 ml + CTEO Ylang-ylang: 1 ml in 100 ml of apricot kernel vegetable oil.
8 drops of this mixture to massage into the lower back twice a day for 2 weeks and / or 4 drops in a little honey in the mouth twice a day.
