Dosage
Roman chamomile hydrosol can be used daily, morning and/or evening, for the face, body, and hair.

• As a compress: spray onto a cotton pad and place on closed eyelids for 15 minutes.

• As a spray or mist: moisten a cotton pad or spray from 20 cm directly onto the face, any other area of ​​the body, or the scalp.
