Dosage
Oral use: Ingeste 1 drop on a neutral carrier twice a day. Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 2 drops - 80 mg.

Diffusion: Diffuse 4 to 6 drops of essential oil in a room of 10 to 20 m² and about ten drops for a living room of 50 m².
Diffuse for a maximum of 10-15 minutes per hour.
