Dosage
Oral use:

2 drops in organic honey for digestive issues

Topical use:

4 drops in 4 drops of Apricot Kernel Oil, 3 times a day on the affected area
Advice
2 drops CTEO sweet fennel + 2 drops CTEO tarragon + 2 drops CTEO officinal sage + 2 drops CTEO noble chamomile in 5 drops VO apricot kernels to be massaged on the lower abdomen to improve painful periods and menopausal disorders.
