For diffusion: Diffuse 4 to 6 drops of Essential Oil in a room of 10 to 20m² and about ten drops for a living room of 50m².

Formula to increase the natural defenses against winter ailments: In a 10 ml bottle
• 150 drops CTEO Ravintsara + 70 drops CTEO Eucalyptus radiated + 35 drops CTEO Laurel noble + 35 drops CTEO Niaouli.
• In diffusion: a few drops of the mixture in all types of essential oil diffusers
