Dosage
Oral use:

Ingeste 1 to 2 drops on a neutral base, maximum 4 drops per day (150 mg).

Topical use:

Apply 1 drop topically. As a precaution, dilute the essential oil in a carrier oil.

It can also be diluted in suitable cosmetic formulas.
Advice
