Dosage
Oral use:

Ingeste 1 to 2 drops on a neutral base twice a day. Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 4 drops - 175 mg.

Diffusion:

Diffusion 4 to 6 drops of True Lavender Essential Oil in a room of 10 to 20 m² and about ten drops for a living room of 50 m².
Diffusion for a maximum of 10-15 minutes per hour.

Topical use:

Apply 1 drop locally. As a precaution, dilute the essential oil in a carrier oil.

It can also be diluted in suitable cosmetic formulas.

Diffuse only when no sensitive individuals (pregnant women, babies, people with asthma or who have suffered from seizures) or sensitive animals are present.
