Dosage
Ingest 1 drop on a neutral support twice a day. Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 2 drops - 75 mg.
Advice
On a daily basis, atmospheric diffusion using an electric diffuser provides a state of well-being and relaxation which promotes communication between often stressed individuals. Diffused in a bedroom for 30 minutes before bedtime, it will induce calm, peaceful and restorative sleep.
