Dosage
Topical application:

Apply 3 drops of essential oil in 3 drops of carrier oil to the soles of the feet, the inside of the wrists, and the solar plexus – repeat as needed.

Oral application:

Take 1 to 2 drops on a neutral base, up to a maximum of 5 drops per day.
Advice
Because the skin also suffers the consequences of the stress which causes the aging of the cutaneous tissue, you can introduce 1 drop CTEO Marjoram with shells in a dose of cleansing milk.
