Dosage
Topical application:

Apply 1 drop locally (maximum 12 drops per day for adults). As a precaution, or for a large area of ​​application or a DIY blend, dilute the essential oil in a carrier oil.

Diffusion:

Diffusion 4 to 6 drops of essential oil in a room of 10 to 20 m² and about ten drops for a living room of 50 m².
Diffusion for a maximum of 10-15 minutes per hour.

Mixture to apply on a crevice, a crack:
25 drops CTEO Rosemary verbenone + 50 drops CTEO Ladaniferous cistus + 50 drops CTEO Egyptian geranium in 5 ml VO of St. John's Wort.
